Q3 2025 Product Updates

Audora has introduced several enhancements to streamline the auditing process and improve user experience.

New Frameworks Now Supported

• We’ve expanded framework coverage to meet more of your assurance needs:

  SOC 1 (Type 1 and Type 2) is now fully supported in Audora, including controls, testing workflows, evidence intake, review notes, and sign-offs. SOC 3 and a Generic Framework Template are planned for Q4, enabling firms to standardize repeatable workflows across additional report types and custom engagements.

User Provisioning & Role Enhancements

• Gain finer-grained control over access, without adding operational overhead.

  New administrative roles:

  • Company Auditor Admin – Full administrative access for managing users, engagements, integrations, and templates.

  • Company Project Manager– Manage users and create engagements without full admin privileges.

    These optional roles can be assigned individually or together for the same user at any time

• Auditee Stakeholder Management (Self-Service)

Make it easier for client teams to collaborate without auditor hand-holding.

Auditee stakeholders now have a dedicated user management dashboard to invite collaborators, track invitation status, resend invites, and disable access when needed. We also refreshed the email notification templates to reduce spam filtering and improve deliverability.

• Even more user provisioning flexibility:

  Project Managers and Auditor Admins can now fully manage access throughout the engagement lifecycle: view invitation status, resend invites, change roles, and disable users. You can add users before kickoff, upon creation of an engagement, or mid-engagement whatever matches real-world timing.

Platform Improvements

• Change dates and tasks ownership at anytime:

  We’ve made assigning and reassigning work more intuitive for both auditors and auditees.

  • Reassign tasks in bulk or individually with a couple of clicks.

  • Change due dates quickly to keep the schedule realistic and transparent.

  • Assign tasks to “Unassigned” when owners or the team aren’t finalized; add the right person later without losing momentum.

• Export Your Engagement (Archive on Demand):

Need an external copy for your records or internal review? You can now Generate Archive for any engagement.

• Audora packages your mappings, evidence, and engagement metadata in the background.

• You’ll receive an email when the archive is ready, then download it as a .zip.

• Generate as many archives as you need, during an active engagement or after completion with a historical list for easy reference.
